Exploring delightful noodle creation
We had the Emerald Dragon—a combination of spring onion pesto, preserved kaichoi, beer-braised pork, chewy shimeji mushrooms, and ching long choi. The homemade noodles were perfectly coated with the flavorsome pesto, providing a delightful harmony of taste and texture.
We further dived into Fifty Tales’ Nyonya Laksa. With fried baby prawns, succulent chicken, refreshing cucumbers, grilled bok choy, and a splash of lime, this dish offered an aromatic coconut broth that tantalized our taste buds.
To complement our meal, we added a grilled mushroom salad. Dressed in dried oyster oil and featuring shiitake mushrooms and Brazilian spinach, this dish brought a smoky and earthy dimension to our culinary experience. It was a unique salad.
No meal is complete without a delightful dessert, and Fifty Tales did not disappoint. We relished the 50T Aiyu Jelly – a refreshing treat adorned with goji berry boba, candied limes, and white fungus. It was the perfect sweet ending to our memorable feast.
It was evident that Fifty Tales takes immense pride in its culinary creations. Every dish was carefully designed and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the efforts put into sourcing quality ingredients and crafting remarkable flavors.
Our visit to Fifty Tales was an overall delight. The cozy ambiance, coupled with the warm and attentive service, enhanced our dining experience. However, due to its popularity, we highly recommend making reservations in advance to secure a table.
