We immediately impressed by the genuine hospitality and the meticulous thought put into the menu. Firstly, is the Jjamjiatang, a brilliantly curated 3-in1 combo. A thoughtfully allows diners to experience variety – you get to try all three signature dishes in one serving. It comes with jjajangyeon, jjambong and tangsuyuk (its pork).Â
Second-up, the Buldojang Jjajangmyeon, a seafood noodle dish, is a masterclass of rich bean sauce, delivering a full-bodied, satisfying punch of umami.
However and finally – the true showstopper – the Kkanpunggi, a must-try dish. These crispy fried chicken pieces, coated in a sweet garlic glaze, are utterly addictive.
