The Good Stuffs
On a recent Friday night, we decided to indulge in some of Meat Feds’ signature dishes. We started off with the Curry Barbie Hutan, a hearty and flavorful wild boar curry. The sauce was thick and rich, with just the right amount of spice to give it a kick. We dipped the curry with garlic bread, it was so good.
We also added on a plate of blue basmathi rice to go with the dinner.
Next up was the Backyard BBQ Ribs, which were cooked to perfection and smothered in a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce. The meat was tender and fell off the bone, and the sauce was the perfect complement to the savory flavor. We couldn’t get enough of these mouth-watering ribs!
The Tuna-ma was also a standout dish, featuring cured tuna served with a side of vegetables and fish roes. The tuna was well-cured, with a delicate and buttery texture that melted in our mouths. The side vegetables added a nice crunch and tang to the dish, balancing out the richness of the tuna.
To accompany our meal, we ordered two glasses of red wine, which perfectly complemented the bold flavors of the meat dishes. It was the perfect way to kick off the weekend and indulge in some well-deserved relaxation.
