Most if not all residents at the Petaling Jaya would know Hong Kee Dessert, the tong sui (sweet soup) hakwer which has been around for many years in Seksyen 17. It used to be at the night market/ hawker/ car park area.
Upon completion of Seventeen Mall, all the stalls had moved into Seventeen Mall’s hawker area. An area which is much organized and proper compared previously.

Click to enlarge. Price is cheap and lot of selections. We may choose to mix the tong sui with different ingredients. We may mix almost all of the tong sui at our own creativity. Mixed tong sui's price will be charged according to the ingredients
Many big pots of tong sui waiting for diners. Many opted to pack its home as well. We requested the stall to help to pack the tong sui. You may scoop your own bowl with more ingredients if you wish, same charge as long as it is within the same bowl
The sea coconut and dried longan tong sui soup that we packed home. This was a warm dessert
Ai yu jelly with lemon. Sweet and sourish soup with longan, this was a cold dessert
