An Viet - Authentic Viet at The Gardens Mall

Located within The Gardens Mall, An Viet is a Vietnamese restaurant. During a recent dinner visit, we tried its Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and Hanoian Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli (Bun Cha). Both dishes impressed us with their authentic flavors and delicious taste.

Grilled Lemongrass Chicken: The Grilled Lemongrass Chicken was a sensory delight. Tender and juicy, the chicken was perfectly marinated with lemongrass, garlic, and spices. The aroma was irresistible, and each bite offered a harmonious blend of flavors. Served with fragrant jasmine rice and sunny side up, this dish was a standout.

Hanoian Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli (Bun Cha): Equally impressive was the Hanoian Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli. The grilled pork had a smoky char that added depth to its flavor. Served with soft vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and vegetables, this dish offered a delightful combination of textures. The accompanying dressing sauce provided a tangy and slightly sweet kick. As we ordered the Bun Cha in set meal, it also came with a bowl of flavourful soup with some clams, two fried dumplings and a rice paper spring roll.

An Viet at The Gardens Mall exceeded our expectations with its authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and Hanoian Style Grilled Pork with Vermicelli showcased the restaurant’s commitment to capturing the true flavors of Vietnam.
