Soong Kee Beef Noodle Sea Park – Famous Outlet from KL
Soong Kee Beef Noodle is always on the list whenever we can’t think of what to eat. Another location always on the list is Lao Gang at O&S. We have been their regular at the outlet in KL, when their opened another outlet in SS 2, it seemed business was not as good and it was closed quite soon.
We were delighted when they opened another outlet in Sea Park. The business here is much better than the SS 2 outlet as we always have to wait for a while due to the queue.
The Menu of Soong Kee
The menu here is straight forward – beef noodle is the signature. Different combinations are such as beef balls, beef tripes, minced meat, sliced beef and beef tendons. Not only serving beef noodle, they also serve curry chicken, char siew noodle and porridge (usually during dinner).
The Beef Noodle
The beef noodle depending on the combinations we choose, comes with different ingredients. Usually we picked beef balls and beef slices only, sometimes we will take the beef tripes option.
The dried noodle came with braised minced meat on top, brought a lot flavor to the plain noodle. With a bowl of clear soup and some beef slices, balls and veggie, it made a good meal. The slices were tender and balls bouncy 🙂
Not forgetting the chili sauce, not too spicy but complement the beef very well.
The environment and price of Soong Kee
A small bowl costs RM 8 and medium costs RM 9.
