They are located in Subang Jaya Industrial Estate area. The Subang Jaya Branch is their second outlet where their 1st outlet based on Bukit Jalil.

Let’s talk about the food. The food is good and additionally chef put in lot of effort in term of presentation which is equally please the diner visually (not sure about others – i sure do).

Firstly, we ordered their mustard mayo hambagu. The hambagu is coated with inhouse exclusive sauce, mustard mayo and grilled with a torch. We opted for yuzu onsen tamago and smoked duck potato salads, as its side.

Second up, the Miso-aged Tonkatsu with Agedashi tofu and baked tamagoyaki as its sides. For drinks, passionfruit kombucha and hot chamomile orange, strawberry tea pot. Both so refreshing !!.

In conclusion, the signature’s miso-aged tonkatsu where pork loin is marinated with miso for 48 hours. The result, succulent and flavorful pork cutlet – delicious!!

Meanwhile, Mustard MayoPork Hambagu steak. The tender hamburger patty just melt in your mouth, interesting – definite must try!!

and, of course – dessert. Do check out their in-house Rum and Raisin Cheesecake (perfect from texture to taste). Perfecto!! A must try item.
