Grub was closed for about a month in November 2022, in view that the Christmas is around the corner, we made a reservation to go back to see what had been upgraded.
Thankful that with Grub we can have cheaper steak, but for this Christmas we splurged by getting one of its Angus ribeye.
Angus ribeye (300g) with potato salad and leaf salad. Look at the beautifully charred steak
Meatballs pasta with cheese on top. The meatballs were HUGE
The pinkish ribeye was tender and easy to the mouth. It was medium rare doneness
First time trying Yorkshire pudding. Added this side order and this was TASTY. The pudding was crispy on the outside and soft inside. Soup gravy was poured into the pudding as the filling and complemented the pudding so well. According to the menu, Ahong stole the menu from Jamie Oliver, we now knew the reason.

The rearranged front counter on the ground floor. The staff are friendly and attentive
First floor dining area with see through glass for the natural light to get in
Another dining area on the first floor. Grub puts up blackout curtain to block the natural light at this area. Also noticed the partitioned doors, should be able to make this a private room upon request
