Ticket to Korea - updated menu
They’ve recently updated their menu with some new dishes – i’m sure it will wow you – it did for us. It had us at “hello” 🙂
First up, the roll roll Bulgogi steamboat. You can choose between pork or beef, we opted for pork. The meat rolled up with hong kong chives, deck together with 3 types of mushrooms. Layers of cabbages is hidden under those meats. Clear broth then add into the meat for the steamboat. Amazing, well balanced and flavorful.
Next, Yu Lin Gie (Crispy Golden Fried Chicken). Chicken perfectly fried then deck with zesty lemon and chili. Then, So’s home-made “secret” curated garlic soy sauce. One word – Yummlicious.
Then, Sous Vide Pork Belly Steak. The pork belly is cooked using a sous-vide machine then served on a sizzling hot plate with roasted capsicum. Its juicy and full of flavor.
We too tried mushroom bibimbob. Colorful mixed of vegetables, seaweed, mushroom and egg served with So’s home-maded sauce. Gave the traditional korean mixed rice with a twist.
Overall, the wonderful hospitality from both Jeff and So, makes you feel right at their home. Both, warmth and friendliness, along with their delicious food create a memorable dining experience.
