Been a while did not go to Thai Hou Sek. So here we are again.
This time round, we went to its One Utama outlet. As usual, the foods were appetizing and tasty.Â
The appetizer from value set meal - Papaya salad with some chips
Clear tom yum soup with fried siew yoke. The soup though looked clear, it had strong tangy and spicy flavour. A good dish to go with lot of rice
We ordered the value set meal for 2. It came with one soup, one meat, one vegetable or egg, one appetizer of the day, refillable jasmine rice and two drink of the day (lemon tea)

The meat dish - basil pork belly. Sinful yet delicious, the gravy was thick however not too overwhelmed
The deep fried siew yoke in tom yum soup - mouth watering when writing about this. The siew yoke still has crispy texture though cooked in the soup
