Little Bentong Street Sea Park - Good Hainanese Coffee

The last we had Little Bentong Street was during the MCO where packed it home: see here.

This time round, we went for dine in after our morning walk around the neighborhood. The experience was great and we will definitely come here for Hainanese coffee if compared to the forever ong queue and stuffy Thong Kee in Sea Park.

The Menu of Little Bentong Street

Little Bentong Street has many choices of dishes. Unlike a typical coffeeshop with many stalls, those dishes here are all from Little Bentong.

Some of the choices are the must have Hainanese toast, soft boiled eggs and the Hainanese coffee. Little Bentong Street also serves wantan noodle, beef noodle, chicken rice, yong tau fu and etc.

They are also selling vacuum packed tau fu pok stuffed with minced pork, we bought it before. Huge one and tasty to go with home cooked soup.

The food

We had a breakfast set during our visit, it came with toast and soft boiled egg. We also added a curry chee cheong fun with few pieces of yong tau fu.

The toast was surprisingly crunchy. As for the curry sauce, full of fragrant and thick, matched well with the chee cheong fun so much.

And must not be missed, the iced Hainanese coffee, it was so good, taste was strong and thick.

The environment of Little Bentong Street

Little Bentong Street is well ventilated, not stuffy at all for a coffee shop alike restaurant. The environment is clean and parking is never an issue.

The meal was not expensive, it costed us RM 19 for a hearty Saturday breakfast.
