The highlight of the dinner would have to be the – Grilled Spanish Iberico Spare Ribs with Cointreau accompanied with Chilled Ice Plant.
Just look at the humongous pork ribs, the restaurant provided gloves for us to devour it. The ribs were not warm but it was HOT from the kitchen, shows that how fresh this dish was made and serve to the table.
