Super Saigon TTDI – Appetizing Pho and Bun Cha
Super Saigon has since been the replacement location for pho and Vietnamese food, ever since Pho Viet in Atria Shopping Galley closed down. Once we tried dine in Super Saigon in Subang Parade, this time round we ordered Grab from their TTDI outlet.
The Menu
Super Saigon serves wide range of Vietnamese cuisine, from the famous pho, banh mi, to the bun cha, spring rolls and not forgetting the famous Vietnamese coffee.
Check out their menu here.
The food of Super Saigon
We ordered the pho with beef slices and beef balls, and a bun cha with fried lemongrass chicken. Both were good even though being delivered from quite a distance away.
They packed the container with many tapes so there was no leakage of any soup or gravy. Just that quite difficult to unpack, but guess safety comes first.
The pho soup was very flavorful, with lime juice squeeze into soup, it brought more flavor out from the soup. Very appetizing and can’t stop drinking it with the rice noodle. Didn’t feel thirsty after the meal (hear say indicator whether excessive MSG was used 🙂 ). The beef slices were tender even though it were well done.
For bun cha with lemongrass chicken, we like the combination of everything, the chicken, crispy popiah (spring rolls), rice noodle, mint leaves, peanuts, pickled carrot, except for the bean sprouts as it were too raw for us. By adding in the gravy (unsure what are the ingredients of it but fish sauce is definitely in it), the rice noodle and all the ingredient mixed well wet and tasted refreshing.
The Price
It costed RM 42 for the two items including delivery fees.
