Each kuih is meticulously crafted to capture the essence of Nyonya flavors, blending influences from Chinese and Malay culinary traditions.
What sets A’Han apart is its their variety of offerings.
To begin with, its Pulut Kaya, where fragrant coconut jam meets glutinous rice, to the savory Pulut Inti filled with sweetened grated coconut, every piece reflects the dedication to preserving the authenticity of Nyonya flavors. Follow by, the Rempah Udang which offers a delightful combination of prawn filling infused with a fragrant spice blend.
Meanwhile, the charming Angkoo, with its distinctive red skin, encases a sweet mung bean or peanut filling, showcasing the Nyonya commitment to both taste and presentation.
Next, in the menu KOCI, a chewy glutinous rice cake filed with a sweet coconut and palm sugar mixture. Finally, our favourite the Kosui, available in pandan or gula melaka variants. When Kosui paired with grated coconut, the salty and flavorful taste pairs wonderfully. The sweet and fluffy coconut, creating a delicious combination. It’s a simple yet delightful blend that enhances the overall taste experience.
