Yue @ Sheraton Petaling Jaya – Cozy Setting Good Foods
Just back from a staycation at Sheraton Petaling Jaya and had set dinner at its Yue restaurant.
Dishes were delicious and everything was good. Checkout our previous visit to Sheraton’s Japanese Miyabi.
The Set Dinner at Yue
The dinner set at Yue was inclusive in the hotel stay. The set we had was not listed as a set in the ala-carte menu so we think it is something ‘simple’ out of the usual menu.
We found the seafoods soup and lemongrass jelly in the menu as individual dish though.
The Set Dinner at Yue
In the set dinner:
- Braised bean curd seafood soup – this was full of sea flavor and ingredient such as prawn, crab and sea cucumber, very tasty
- Fried boneless chicken with Thai sauce – the sauce was appetizing and the mango was crunchy
- Stir fried vegetables with garlic – this was standard
- Seafood fried rice – good wok hei!
- Osmanthus lemongrass jelly topped with aloe vera – this was a cold dessert and was very refreshing. We wished to have another bowl because it was that good
The Environment
Yue is cozy and comfortable. There are many private rooms and sections so we actually did not know how big is the entire place. We like the brightly lit dining environment.
The set meal was inclusive in the Sheraton 2 days 1 night hotel stay.
What do We Like about ?
- All the foods were great and tasty. We like the seafood soup and lemongrass jelly particularly
- The environment and ambience are cozy and comfortable
- Service was attentive and Yue served our dinner fast and prompt
