Big Leaf BLR has a cozy and no-frill atmosphere, making it perfect for a satisfying meal with friends.
The Order: We chose two veggie meals—one with white rice and the other with healthier red rice. Both soaked up in curry gravies. The veggies that came with the meal were refreshing. Not to forget the crispy papadum.
We also tried—crispy fried tenggiri and fried bitter gourd. Both were tasty however would be even better if the tenggiri can be in bigger piece.
A distinctive feature here is its self-service approach. We helped ourselves with the appetizing rasum. Also, don’t miss the salted chili, a fiery accompaniment that added an extra kick to every bite.Â
In conclusion, our dinner was a treat. For a delicious banana leaf rice experience at night, Big Leaf BLR is the go to spot.Â
