Team Udon's Menu
During my recent visit to Team Udon, we were tempted to explore the various offerings in their menu. After much contemplation, we settled on their Niku Udon and Matcha Udon.
As I stepped inside the quaint little outlet, despite its size, it usually packed with diners during lunch awaiting their udon goodness.
The order arrived promptly – Jom – let’s eat. The Niku Udon, a hearty bowl of wheat noodles in savory broth. Its tender slices of beef floated amidst the steaming broth – simple yet nice.
On the other hand, the Matcha Udon offered a unique twist with its vibrant green hue. The earthy undertones of matcha blended seamlessly with the delicate flavors of the udon noodles, creating a harmonious balance of sweet and savory.
Matcha Udon comes with a juicy fried shrimp. The succulent shrimp paired perfectly with the chewy texture of the udon noodles, creating a balance of flavors and textures in my mouth.
Whether you’re craving a comforting bowl of Niku Udon or craving something a little more adventurous like Matcha Udon, Team Udon has something for everyone. If you are more adventurous, perhaps can try their Nasi Lemak Udon. Maybe, in our visit?! Hehe
