Delicious Lunch at Yilo Restaurant & Bar

Tucked away in Taman SEA, Yilo Restaurant & Bar offers tasty food in a cozy setting. We recently enjoyed a lunch there and want to share our experience.

Moonlight Hor Fun (Beef Keay Teow with Raw Egg):

The Moonlight Hor Fun was a standout. It looked great and tasted even better. Tender beef and smooth hor fun noodles blended perfectly. Adding the raw egg made a creamy sauce that coated everything. The flavors balanced well, with the beef’s richness complementing the egg.

Huo Bao Pork Slice (Ginger Onion Stir-Fried Pork Slices):

The Huo Bao Pork Slice dish was another winner. Thin, juicy pork slices came alive with ginger and onion flavors. Stir-frying kept the pork tender, and the seasoning was spot on.

The lunch set included soup of the day and a drink. During our visit, the Old Cucumber Soup was a comforting starter. It was clear with herbal hints, a nice contrast to the main dishes.

We also chose barley drink. It was a cool and sweet choice to go with our meal.

Our lunch at Yilo Restaurant & Bar was a satisfying one. The Moonlight Hor Fun and Huo Bao Pork Slice dishes stood out with their delicious flavors. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service added to the experience, making Yilo a place worth revisiting.
