For dinner, we opted for the Pan-fried Salmon Fillet with Chef Special Sauce and the Sesame Oil Chicken In Taiwan Style pasta as our mains. The crispy texture of the salmon, combined with the tantalizing herbs infused in the skin, left us craving for more with every bite. The aroma alone was enough to whet our appetite.

One dish that really stood out at Come True Cafe was the Sesame Oil Chicken In Taiwan Style pasta. It was unlike any pasta we’ve ever had before. When the plate arrived, we could immediately smell the rich aroma of sesame oil. It made our mouths water. The chicken was so tender and flavorful, it was clear it had been marinated with care.

As for dessert, we had the Sweet Taro & Salted Egg Yolk Sauce Souffle Pancake. Its fluffy texture, coupled with the sweet and savory combination of taro and salted egg yolk sauce, was simply good. We even stumbled upon a hidden gem of flavor by dipping the pancake into the salmon chef’s special sauce, creating a delightful fusion reminiscent of fried chicken with waffles.

For drink, we had the Valrhona Au Lait & Come True Fruit Tea.
