This family-run restaurant, now into its second generation, is in Desa Aman Puri Kuala Lumpur.

On our recent visit, we get to sample some of their signature dishes.
First-up, the claypot rice wine chicken tender and flavouful, while the claypot vinegar trotters come in tangy goodness, which goes well with rice. Second, is the claypot braised ginger duck, tender duck meat and flavouful gravy.
Follow-by, of course, the star of Big Big Bowl was their Hakka Lui Cha, come with brown rice and 7 wonderful and colorful condiments of vegetables. This is a must-try for lui-cha lover – delicious!!
Big Big Bowl’s owner, shared the unique flavors in the soup is crafted from their original recipe passed down from her mother. She insist on fresh ingredient despite the hard work and daily preparation to maintain the quality of every dishes.
Another standout and our favorite, is the Ka Heong Lui Cha Pan Mee. While, it is commonly to get chili pan mee but you don’t get to taste lui cha pan mee. You can get it here at Big Big Bowl. Its a “wow” for me – indeed. The noodle and soup blends well – love the basil/minty soup, slurp!!
and, finally lets not forget the hakka yam abacus. Yes, a hakka cuisine must have. Owner insist each piece of the abacus to be hand-rolled. The abacus is made up of sweet potato, pumpkin, and yam. The super Trio definitely made the abacus great especially when it pair with their homemade chili paste, its on point and delicious.
