Tamago-EN – an Egg-citing Delights

First-up, i kicked off my egg-centric journey with the Teriyaki Chicken with orange yolk and fluffy egg-white. Imagine a sun gently resting on a fluffy cloud, that’s what this dish looked like! The TKG experience was a sight to behold, with a perfectly cooked egg yolk on a bed of soft, cloud-like egg white.

As I took my first bite, the yolk slowly creating a velvety coating over the tender grains of rice. The teriyaki chicken gives a burst of savory sweetness to the dish beautifully. 

Next up, tornado omelettes and buttery rice, all while still celebrating the egg in its most glorious forms. The Tornado Omelette Butter Rice is a spectacle in itself. A fluffy omelette spun into a whirlwind, delicately embracing a mound of buttery rice. The omelette and rice ensemble with succulent chicken steak. With every bite, I could taste the harmony between the tender chicken and the rich, savory sauce. The buttery rice is a perfect partner in crime, soaking up all the delectable flavors and textures.
