Instructions
Prepare anchovies stock by boiling anchovies in water for at least 15 minutes. Use anchovies powder as alternative. Keep the stock in separate bowl/ pot
Saute garlic, ginger and red chili with oil to bring out the taste
Add lala and follow by the soup base
Bring the soup to boil and put in the wine. Optional to add salt and pepper according to taste
Serve the lala soup in bowl and garnish with coriander / spring onion
