From April 20 to 27, they’re hosting the Hanami Festival, inspired by Japan’s cherry blossom season. Japanese Guest Chef Kazuhiko Kojima and Tatsu’s Executive Chef Tommy Kuan have teamed up to create a fantastic culinary journey for guests. You can choose from special dishes on the menu, two set menus with sake or wine pairings, an omakase experience, or a wine pairing dinner. Each dish features fresh ingredients from Japan, promising a delightful taste of spring.
Sakura Wine Dinner
Enjoy an exclusive Sakura Wine Dinner on April 25, where Japanese Guest Chef Kazuhiko Kojima and Tatsu’s Executive Chef Tommy Kuan will serve a specially crafted 5-course menu paired with selected wines by Sommelier Dibin Chin. The menu includes Cherry Blossom Appetisers, Grilled Sakura Trout with Miso, Roasted Angus Sirloin with Sakura Salt, and Sakura White Chocolate Mousse. This elegant evening promises to delight both food and wine enthusiasts.
At Tatsu Japanese Cuisine’s Hanami Festival, you can indulge in set menus or an omakase experience showcasing the flavors of Japanese spring. Chef Kazuhiko Kojima, with over 30 years of culinary experience, brings his expertise from Japan. Sommelier Dibin Chin, with a decade of experience, selects the perfect wines for the occasion.
