Nestled in the vibrant Megah Rise Mall – Restoran Yat Yat Seng – has become a bustling hotspot, especially during lunch hours. Recently, we tried their two signature dishes – the ‘Fresh Shrimp and Shredded Chicken Hor Fun’ and ‘The One and Only Pickled Fish Slices with Mee Hoon.’ Our taste buds were in for an unforgettable treat!

The Unforgettable Pickled Fish Slices with Mee Hoon

The star of our lunch was undoubtedly ‘The One and Only Pickled Fish Slices with Mee Hoon.’ The tangy and appetizing soup perfectly complemented the premium, firm-textured fish slices, creating a symphony of flavors.

The default option for this dish was pork belly, the staff was kind to suggest that they also have the fish slices option for our consideration.

The Heavenly Fresh Shrimp and Shredded Chicken Hor Fun

Equally delightful was the ‘Fresh Shrimp and Shredded Chicken Hor Fun.’ The expertly cooked hor fun, combined with succulent shrimp and tender chicken in a rich gravy, offered a comforting and fulfilling taste.

Our visit to Restoran Yat Yat Seng left us fully satisfied. The unique flavors of the pickled fish slices and the sumptuous hor fun with fresh ingredients were great.

The staff was attentive and friendly to offer to help us to take photos, suggesting that they have fish slices option rather than the pork belly option in menu. This made a good dining experience.
