Mak’s Chee authentic wanton has been our favorite wanton and noodle. As compared to dark soy sauce wanton noodle, we prefer to Hong Kong style light and clear sauce noodle.
Moreover, Mak’s Chee’s soup base used dried flat fish to get the flavor. The soup was clear and looks plain, but it definitely did not taste that way. The soup was full of savory and umami flavor.
