Big breakfast can be easily made at home!
Not only that, there are plenty choices of ingredients that can be swapped or added into the pan. Browse through the market and you will notice it seems all ingredients can be used. It makes limitless combinations and it is perfect breakfast for a stay in weekend. 🙂

Equipment
- Frying pan
Ingredients
- 2 slices Sourdough
- 1 cup Mushroom
- 2 pcs Egg, whip with added water and salt
- 2 pcs Sausage
- 1 cup Cherry tomato
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce For stir fry mushrooms
- 1 tsp Salt For scrambled egg
- 2 tbsp Butter For sourdough
Instructions
- Spread butter on the sourdough and toast it on pan. Toast single or both side up to personal preference
- Remove sourdough and leave the melted butter in pan
- Pour eggs into pan and make scrambled eggs. Add butter if required
- Remove scrambled eggs and add in mushrooms to stir fry
- Add soy sauce to the mushrooms. Remove mushrooms when done
- Dry the pan or clean it with water if required
- Add some butter and sear the sausages
- Place all ingredients into the pan and serve together with the pan
Notes
Other alternative for:
Sourdough - may swap it with breast, toast or pastry of choice
Mushroom - may swap it with any mushrooms of choice
Eggs - may swap it with sunny side up or omelet
Cherry tomato - may swap it with sliced avocado or other fruit of choices
Sausage - may swap it with beacon or other sliced meat
