Beacon’s chicken is raised on natural farms in Tangkak, Johor. These chickens are fed a wholesome diet of seaweed, chrysanthemum, moringa leaves, and herbs ensuring they are free from hormones, antibiotics, and heavy metals.

We tried several dishes, and each was a delight. 1st up, Steamed Hainanese Chicken rice (signature), chicken was tender. rice is fragrant and company with real chicken rice made without MSG. The chili and ginger sauce added kick to the meal. We definitely return for this! The Soy Sauce Chicken rice (new and for limited time) is full of flavors.

Next-up, Aunty Khen Nyonya Curry laksa was creamy and spicy. Add on the lime and chili to spice things up.

Follow-by, Chicken Pumpkin Porridge (suit for those looking for a light meal). The porridge is made with Beacon’s pure essence, pumpkin and sweet corn, yummy and comforting. Not forgetting the shredded chicken loaded in the porridge.
