A Tasty Visit to Fluffed Cafe for Raya Waffle
Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar is a well-known spot for its waffle, we recently check out their special Raya menu.
One standout dish was the Martabak Manis Waffle. Picture this: a Pandan waffle topped with Peanut butter ice cream, Nutella sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, chocolate crumble, and toasted sugar peanut & sesame. It was a flavor explosion!
Another seasonal delight we tried was the Fuwa Fuwa Purin. This Japanese baked egg pudding, made with duck egg, was a unique experience. Unlike regular jelly-like pudding, this one had a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Baked at a low temperature for a long time, the egg custard was perfection. Topped with bittersweet caramel, homemade vanilla mascarpone ice cream, and a butter cookie, it was a treat for the taste buds.
And let’s not forget the Blueberries Dream Pie. With its almond cookie crumble, blueberry frangipane, and lavender blueberry cheesecake layers, it was a symphony of flavors and textures.
To wash it all down, we enjoyed a soothing matcha latte and chamomile tea. Overall, our dessert experience at Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar was top-notch. If you’re in the mood for some sweet indulgence, this is the place to be!
